I get to pick up my wedding dress tomorrow afternoon after the final fitting to make sure the alterations came out correct.

Eight days folks, EIGHT DAYS ... oi!

We went & got our marriage license this afternoon & that did something strange to us both. We drove home with this silent, smiling vibe bouncing around the inside of the car. There was much giggling & smooching to celebrate. My guts got all scrunched up for a second while we were signing in front of the Notary Public ... I mean, I'm going to get married & take this man's last name & well ... I just never thought ... I mean, ME.

It's all very "WOW" still.

I'm watching Mushu & Kung Pow! roast around the living room after each other. Getting a kitten was certainly good for Mushu's spirits & he once again falls into random goofy mode at the oddest of moments. From the look on his little cat face it surprises him as much as it does us. He had gotten so serious & snuggly all the time.
